Luci and Doodle said it, once - ... no one really deserves things. Kindness is kind because it's not deserved or guaranteed, so giving it to everyone equally thinking that they "deserve" it isn't really kind . . .

That's like...a weird way of putting it? But yeah, I guess. I wouldn't say nobody deserves anything, but like, nobody ever deserves anything they didn't like, earn. You know?
